Fast Charging Magisk Module

The XCharge Magisk Module is an open-source software that enhances the fast charging capabilities of Android devices. It works by modifying the `/sys/class/power_supply/battery/constant_charge_current_max` tunable, allowing users to increase the power supply to the battery and improve fast charging for their specific device.

Developed by iamlooper, XCharge also modifies temperature-related tunables to change the temperature limit at which charging will slow down by the system. It offers three modes—Fast, Faster, and Fastest—each providing different levels of charging enhancement.

Key features of the XCharge Magisk Module include:

  • Enhanced Charging: Provides options to increase charging speed according to user preference.
  • Temperature Control: Adjusts the temperature threshold to optimize charging efficiency.
  • Open Source: The module’s code is available on GitHub for community contribution and use.

For users interested in improving their device’s charging speed, the XCharge Magisk Module can be downloaded and installed via the Magisk app. After installation, users can access the module’s menu by typing `su -c xcharge` in a terminal emulator. A reboot is required to activate the module’s features.

Please note that while the module aims to enhance charging speeds, it does not guarantee compatibility with all devices or chargers, and users should verify compatibility with their specific device and charger.
