Classic Power Menu is a custom replacement for the power menu on Android devices, specifically designed for Android 11 and newer versions. Its primary goal is to restore the power menu options like Device Controls and Quick Access Wallet that were changed in Android 12.
Developed by Kieron Quinn, also known as Quinny899 on GitHub, the Classic Power Menu requires root access to function properly. It’s not possible to use this menu without root access due to the system-level changes it implements.
Key features of the Classic Power Menu include:
- Up to 10 customizable power options, including non-stock options like Screenshot, Reboot Recovery, and Reboot Bootloader.
- Quick Access Wallet and Device Controls in the power menu, accessible while locked or unlocked.
- An optional Xposed module for faster response than the Accessibility Service.
- A Material You inspired theme with Monet colors and background blur.
The Classic Power Menu is open-source, with its source code available on GitHub. Users can download the latest release from the Releases page. The project welcomes contributions and community engagement, making it a collaborative effort to enhance the Android experience.
