I have a question about Orange Fox recovery. If the recovery is built using the original kernel from an Android 11 device, is it possible to use that recovery on the same device but running an Android 12 base?
Would that work, or does the recovery need to be built again specifically with the Android 12 kernel?
It can sometimes work, but decryption or partition issues may appear. Safer to use a build made for Android 12.
